摘  要:随着南水北调中线工程全面展开,水源地生态环境所承受压力也将增大,如何协调好水源地发展和生态安全是关键。陕西省商洛水源地6个县中,5个为国家级贫困县,1个为省级贫困县,因此,研究该水源地的发展和生态安全协调具有典型意义。基于"压力-状态-响应"概念模型构建了商洛水源地生态安全评价指标体系,采用均方差赋权法确定权重,通过计算生态安全指数评价了2004~2014年当地生态安全的态势。结果表明:商洛水源地生态安全综合指数由2004年的0.258(Ⅰ级)发展到2014年的0.718(Ⅳ级);2009年是生态安全变化的主要转折点,2010年后迅速进入较为安全状态,整体生态安全状态呈现良好的发展态势。分析认为,商洛水源地生态安全状态良好主要得益于生态经济的发展。With all- round advancement of Middle Route Project of South- to- North Water Diversion,the pressure on ecological environment in water source area is bound to increase as well. How to coordinate the development and the ecological safety in water source area is a key issue. Among 6 poor counties in Shangluo water source area,5 counties are national level ones and1 county is provincial level one. So,the research on the coordination between development and ecological protection in this area is of typical significance. We construct the evaluation index system of ecological safety for Shangluo water source area using "pressure- state- response" conceptual model. With mean square deviation weighting method,we evaluate the ecological safety situation from 2004 to 2014 through calculating the ecological safety indexes. The results show: the ecological safety index of Shangluo water source area changed from 0. 258( Level 1) in 2004 to 0. 718( IV) in 2014; the ecological safety experienced a main turning point in 2009 and quickly entered a more secure state after 2010. The overall ecological safety of Shangluo water source area manifests a positive trend owing to the development of ecological economy.
