饲粮V_A水平对来航蛋鸡SRBC选择系生长性能及免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：研究旨在探讨饲粮不同V_A添加水平对来航蛋鸡SRBC(绵羊致敏红细胞)上下选系生长性能和机体免疫功能的影响。采用3×3双因子设计,1日龄来航蛋鸡SRBC上下选系和对照系各270只,每个系随机分成3个处理组,每个处理6个重复,每个重复15只,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮基础上添加4 000和20 000 IU/kg V_A,饲养至84日龄。结果显示:①饲粮不同V_A水平对试验鸡平均体重有显著影响(P<0.05);②在上选系中饲粮V_A水平为4 000 IU/kg处理组的KLH抗体水平显著高于未添加组(P<0.05);③饲粮V_A水平为4 000 IU/kg时,法氏囊、脾脏指数均高于其他处理组(P>0.05);④脾脏中IL-2、IL-6的表达量随着饲粮V_A水平的增加呈现上升趋势。研究表明,饲粮添加4 000 IU/kg V_A能提高蛋鸡部分生长性能和免疫功能。To investigate the effects of dietary vitamin A （VA） on growth performance and immune function in Leghorn SRBC double selection system. 1-day-age female laying hens,the high line,low line and the control line,270 for each line,were randomly divided into 3 groups with 6 replicates （15 hens per replicate）. The control group was fed the basal diet, and the experimental group was fed the basal diet supplemented with 4 000 and 20 000 IU/kg VA. The feeding trial lasted 84 days. The results showed as follows： ① Dietary VA levels had significant effect on body weight （P〈0.05）. ② Levels of antibody against KLH in 4 000 IU/kg VA supplemental treatment were higher than that of control group in the high line （P〈0.05）. ③ The bursa index and spleen index of 4 000 IU/kg VA supplemental group than other groups （P〉0.05）. ④With the increasing of dietary VA levels, expression levels of IL-2 and IL-6 were increased. VA could that of improve the growth performance and immune function of Leghorn laying hens.
