摘 要:以墨兰‘绿墨素’×大花蕙兰‘世界和平’F1代组培苗为试材,采用LED光源不同光质配比组合,以普通荧光光源为对照,研究LED光源对组培苗生长及生理指标的影响。结果表明:(1)单色红光(R)处理下株高、叶长、干重达到最高值,与对照组CK相比差异显著,红蓝复合光(2RB)有利于促进生根;(2)2RB处理下总叶绿素、叶绿素a、类胡萝卜素含量均最高,且与其他光源处理下差异显著,红蓝白复合光(RBW)照射下,叶绿素b的含量高于其他处理,单色蓝光(B)处理下,叶绿素a/b比值最高;(3)红蓝复合光(2RB)有利于组培苗可溶性糖合成;LED白光光源(W)处理下游离氨基酸含量最高,差异显著(p<0.05)。说明LED不同光质对组培苗生长影响明显,综合比较各项指标,LED红蓝复合光(2RB)可作为墨兰‘绿墨素’×大花蕙兰‘世界和平’F1代组培苗生长的理想光源。F_1 generation of Cymbidium sinense 'Lvmosu' ×Cymbidium hybridum 'Shijieheping' was used as explant and tissue cultured under different lights of light emitting diodes(LEDs), with fluorescent lamp as the control to determine the effects of LEDs light qualities on the growth and physiological index of tissue-cultured plantlets. The LEDs lights include red(R), blue(B) and white(W). Under the red LEDs,the tissue cultured plantlets were the highest in physical growth, plant height, leaf length and dry weight,significantly different from others of the control, and the 2RB LEDs promoted rooting of the plantlets. The tissue cultured plantlets under the 2RB LEDs contained the highest total chlorophyll, chlorophyll a and carotenoid content, significantly different from those of other treatments. The plantlets cultured under the RBW LEDs contained higher chlorophyll b than those of other treatments. The chlorophyll a/b was the highest in the plantlets under the B LEDs. The 2RB LEDs promoted soluble sugar synthesis of the plantlets; Under the W LEDs, the free amino acid content was the highest in the plantlets with significant difference(p〈0.05). All these results indicated that different LEDs light quality gave obvious influence on the growth and development of tissue cultured plants, and the 2RB LEDs can be used as an optimal light for tissue culture of F1 generaion of C. sinense 'Lvmosu' ×C. hybridum 'Shijieheping'.
