摘　　要：利用"互联网+"的理念,从国家要求、公众诉求、自身发展的视角出发,分析海事信息化面临的形势及需求,提出了海事信息化"十三五"期间基于"互联网+"技术的发展目标,以及落实目标的7项主要任务建议。Based on the Intemet ＋ concept, from the perspective of the national requirements, public demands, and its own development needs, this paper analyzes the situation and demands faced by maritime informatization, proposes the maritime informatization development goals based on the Internet＋ technology during the period of 13th Five-year Development Plan.Seven most valuable suggestions are given in the end.
