摘 要:近年来,人们的美观需求日益增高,越来越多的人开始寻求正畸治疗。正畸患者的数量增加、年龄性別构成比例改变、心理因素突出、需求个性化、正畸材料技术更新快,这些都时护理人员的个人素养、专业知识、沟通能力等提出了挑战;而多媒体设备的普及、网络技术的发展为高效的护患沟通提供了多种便利的途径。本文结合正畸临床实践对现今正畸护患沟通的特点、影响因素、沟通技巧及临床应用作一综述,以期提高临床诊疗效率及患者的满意度。Increasing aesthetic demands have caused many individuals to seek orthodontic treatment. Such treatment is challenged by differences in nurse personal qualities, specialized knowledge, and communication ability, as well as the growing number of patients with varied age-sex compositions, obvious psychological factors, individualized demands The rapid development in clinical techniques and materials is also difficult to cope with. Fortunately, the easy access to multimedia and the development of network technique promote facilitated nurse-patient communication. In this review we summarize the characteristics and influencing factors of the nurse-patient communication in orthodontic treatment and then discuss various communication skills and their clinical application to improve the efficiency of clinical treatment and patient satisfaction.
