摘 要:为应对汽缸进水、转子热弯曲变形等汽轮机故障,工程上通常采用汽轮机闷缸措施。采用大型有限元仿真软件ANSYS对600MW火电机组高中压缸及转子进行三维建模,针对闷缸状态下汽缸与转子主要以辐射换热和热传导为主的换热情况,进行大型结构体超大规模网格划分条件下的传热计算。建立的转子-汽缸换热模型计算得出了汽轮机正常闷缸过程中的温度场分布及其随时间变化规律,并结合结构力学分析了闷缸过程的转子-汽缸的应力场分布和变形规律,为掌握汽轮机闷缸过程中温度和变形情况提供了重要参考。Cylinder holding measure is usually taken to meet steam turbine failure such as cylinder water inlet and turbine rotor thermal bending etc. The high and middle pressure cylinder and rotor of 600MW thermal power generator networks was three-dimensional modeling by large finite-element simulation software ANSYS. Considering the thermal radiation and thermal conduction dominating in heat transfer between cylinder and rotor during cylinder holding, the heat transfer based on large-scale construction with massive mesh division was calculated. The rotor-cylinder heat transfer model established in this paper has calculated the temperature field distribution and its change along with the time in the process of normal cylin- der holding of the steam turbine. In addition, the stress field distribution and deformation of the rotor-cylinder in the process of normal cylinder holding are analyzed in this paper by combining structural mechanics, thus providing an significant reference for the control of temperature and deformation in the process of cylinder holding of the steam turbine.
