摘  要:采用数值求解三维Navier-Stokes方程技术,研究了梳齿汽封和刷式密封的内部流动性能,即汽封内部压力场分布、速度场分布,以及不同型式汽封的模拟漏汽量。采用汽封漏汽量公式,计算了不同汽封的理论漏汽量,并与模拟漏汽量进行比较。结果表明:在相同进口压力下,刷式汽封的压力变化比梳齿汽封的压力变化迅速。同时揭示了刷式汽封能够有效干扰蒸汽流动,降低蒸汽的流速。某电厂汽封改造实例表明,采用刷式汽封替换梳齿汽封后热耗率较改造前降低了143k J/(k W·h),汽封改造效果明显。Three-dimensional flow characteristics of the labyrinth seal and brush seal for steam turbines are investigated by solving Navier-Stokes equations. The internal pressure field distribution, velocity field distribution, and simulation of different types of steam seal leakage amount of steam are contained. The leakage flux of different steam seal was calculated by using the theoretical formula and compared with the simulated leakage quantity. The results show that under the same inlet pressure, the pressure of brush seal changes than the pressure of labyrinth seal rapidly. At the same time the brush seal can interfere the flow of steam effectively and reduce the steam flow rate. Through the steam seal transformation example of a power plant can show that after the modification of using brush seal to replace the labyrinth seal, the heat consumption rate of steam turbine is decreased by 143k J/( kW·h) ,showing an obvious effect of steam seal modification.
