摘  要:对自主设计并加工的一套压气机平面叶栅,在多个攻角、来流马赫数下进行了跨音速吹风试验,得到不同试验状态下的流场数据并进行了详细的分析。采用非均匀有理贝塞尔曲线控制压气机叶片前缘椭圆形状,用数值模拟方法研究前缘椭圆短长轴比的改变对压气机平面叶栅气动性能的影响。结果表明:前缘椭圆短长轴比的减小会在一定程度上降低总压损失值,同时会影响叶片前缘的压力分布。故该叶型在跨音速状态下若想降低损失,可以尝试减小前缘椭圆短长轴比的值,或减小前缘椭圆短轴的长度。A set of compressor cascade was designed and manufactured. The transonic wind tunnel test was conducted at several incidence and inlet mach number. And the flow field data with a detailed analysis was obtained for different test conditions. Compressor blade leading-edge elliptical shape was controlled by using non-uniform rational bezier curve, the method of numerical simulation was used to discuss the influence ofleading-edge elliptical short-long axis ratio on aerodynamic performance of compressor cascade. The results shows that the total pressure loss will decrease and the pressure distribution of blade leading edge will be affected as the elliptical short-long axis ratio decreases. So on the condition of transonic flow field, a low short-long axis ratio or a long short-axiscan be employed to reduce the total pressure loss value.
