摘  要:研究供热机组的调峰性能,对保证电网安全运行,增强电网消纳可再生能源的能力具有重要意义。以某300MW供热机组为例,充分挖掘厂家提供的设计数据,建立了供热机组调峰性能的预测模型,得到了供热量与机组负荷、主蒸汽流量与机组负荷的关系,分析了影响调峰性能的主要因素,计算了供热机组的可调峰范围。结果表明,当供热量一定时,机组存在最大负荷和最小负荷,随着供热量的增加,机组的最大负荷降低,最小负荷升高,机组的调峰性能将变差。排汽压力升高、汽水损失率增加、返回疏水温度下降也将使机组调峰性能变差。The investigation of peak regulation capability in cogeneration power plant is important to assure the safe operation of power grid and to improve the wind power accommodation. Take a 300MW cogeneration power plant as an example, the calculation molde of peak regulation capability was built based on the design data applied by manufacturer. The relations between heating load and electric load as well as main steam flow and electric load were obtained. The factors of influencing peak regulation capability were analyzed, and peak regulation region was also calculated. The results show that the maximum and the minimum electric load may reach under a constant heating load. As the heating load enhancement, the maximum electric load increases while the minmum decreases, which results in worse peak regulation capability. Exhaust pressure increase, work medium loss and drain water temperature decrease may also degrade peak regulation capability.
