摘　　要：电子商务的发展促进了电子支付的普及,在互联网+时代作为电子支付领域新事物的电视支付是一种以数字电视为基础平台,通过高清数字电视机顶盒和数字电视双向网实现电子支付,实现了电视与互联网和电子商务的融合。通过介绍电视支付的系统结构、软硬件平台以及电视支付系统的应用来阐明了电视支付系统这一新型支付模式,可以预计电视支付必将成为广电行业服务用户的新举措。The development of e-commerce promotes the popularity of electronic payment. In the ＂Internet＋＂ era ,TV payment ,as a new thing in the field of electronic payment, is a platform baked on DTV. People realize the electronic payment through the high-definition digital TV settop boxes and digital TV network,and realize tile combination of TV and the lnternet and the electronic commerce. Through the introduction of the pay TV system structure, software and hardware platform and TV payment system application,the paper clarifies a new mode of payment.TV payment can be expected to be a new initiative in the radio and television industry service.
