摘  要:《桑树基因组》是西南大学何宁佳教授和向仲怀院士等编著,由中国林业出版社出版的一部重要学术专著。全书69万字,系统总结了"桑树基因组计划"的研究历程,详细阐述了桑树的起源、分类、染色体组,桑树基因组的结构、进化、表达,桑树生长发育激素、次生物质合成与代谢、抗性等重要性状相关的基因及其调控机制,桑树的基因家族以及桑树叶片和乳汁蛋白质组,桑树与家蚕的协同进化,桑树功能基因研究平台技术和基因组数据库等最新研究进展。这部内容丰富且有前瞻性的学术专著,将推进传统桑树学科在现代科学基础上获得重建与拓展,并为蚕桑产业的转型升级注入新的活力。Mulberry Genome is an important academic monograph written by professor Ning-Jia He and academician Zhong-Huai Xiang of Southwest University,China and published by China Forestry Publishing House in September of 2016. The whole book,which totals 690 000 words,systematically summarizes the research progress of"Mulberry Genome Project",containing detailed descriptions on origination,classification and chromosome composition of mulberry trees,on structure,evolution and expression of mulberry genome,on regulatory mechanisms of important genes related to mulberry growth,development,resistance,and synthesis and metabolism of mulberry secondary metabolites,on mulberry gene families,on mulberry leaf and latex proteomes,on co-evolution of mulberry with domestic silkworm,and on the latest advancement in platform construction for mulberry functional gene studies and in establishment of mulberry genome sequence databases. This rich and forward-looking academic monograph will promote reestablishment and expansion of conventional mulberry studies on basis of modern science,and add novel vitality into transformation and upgrading of mulberry industry.
