夏秋用家蚕新品种玉蚕一号的育成

摘　　要：采用多个亲本品种复合杂交育种方法,育成了综合经济性状优良的4个夏秋用家蚕新品种,并组配四元杂交组合青·行×进·锦,定名为玉蚕一号。玉蚕一号参加家蚕新品种实验室联合鉴定和农村生产试验的实用经济性状优良,表现出抗逆性强、耐高温多湿、产茧量性状稳定、茧丝品质优的特点:4龄结茧率和虫蛹生命率分别为97.16%、94.41%,与对照品种两广二号相仿;全茧量、茧层量和茧层率为1.658 g、0.384 g、23.16%,分别比对照品种提高3.88%、11.95%和1.67百分点;万蚕收茧量和万蚕茧层量为16.054 kg、3.718 kg,分别比对照品种提高3.51%和11.55%;干茧出丝率43.74%,比对照品种提高1.09百分点;一粒茧丝长1 119.5 m,比对照品种增加123 m;解舒率77.87%,与对照品种相仿;洁净92.4分,略低于对照品种;张种产茧量33.20 kg,略高于对照品种。新品种已于2013年通过广西壮族自治区农作物品种审定委员会审定。By using the method of composite cross breeding with multiple parental varieties,four silkworm（ Bombyx mori）varieties with excellent comprehensive economic characters for summer-autumn rearing were obtained and used to prepare a four-way hybrid combination named Qing·Xing × Jin·Jing（ designated as Yucan 1）. The results of laboratory co-identification and rural production test showed that Yucan 1 had excellent practical economic characters such as high resistance,strong adaptability to high temperature and high humidity,stable yield and high cocoon filament quality. Its cocooning rate and larva-pupa survival rate were 97. 16% and 94. 41% respectively,being close to those of the control variety Liangguang2. Its cocoon weight,cocoon shell weight and cocoon shell rate were 1. 658 g,0. 384 g and 23. 16% respectively,being3. 88%,11. 95% and 1. 67% higher than the control variety. Its cocoon weight per 10 000 larvae and cocoon shell weight per 10 000 larvae were 16. 054 kg and 3. 718 kg respectively,being 3. 51% and 11. 5% higher than the control variety. Its raw silk rate of dry cocoon was 43. 74%,being 1. 09 percentage points higher than the control variety. Its cocoon filament length was 1 119. 5 m,being 123 m higher than the control variety. Its reelability was 77. 87%,being close to that of the control variety. Its neatness was 92. 4 points,which was slightly lower than the control variety. Its cocoon yield per box of eggswas 33. 20 kg,which was slightly higher than the control variety. This new silkworm variety has been app-roved by the Agricultural Crop Variety Evaluation Committee of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region in 2013.
