摘 要:白藜芦醇是一种多酚类化合物,广泛存在于蔬菜、水果、茶叶等植物中。现代药理学研究证明,白藜芦醇具有抗炎、抗氧化应激及抗凋亡等作用,并能使神经退行性病变的危险降低,如帕金森病、阿尔采末病和杭廷顿病等。近年来,白藜芦醇对神经退行性疾病的保护作用及其机制研究日益增多,本文结合国内外对白藜芦醇的研究报道,综述白藜芦醇用于防治神经退行性疾病的研究进展。Resveratrol is a polyphenolic compound, widely found in vegetables, fruits, tea and other plants. Modern pharmacological studies have demonstrated that resveratrol has anti- inflammatory, anti- oxidantion and anti-apoptotic and other pharmacological effects. In addition, resveratrol can reduce the risk of neurodegenerative diseases such as Parkinson disease, Alzheimer disease and Huntington disease. In recent years, more and more researches have focused on role and mechanism of resveratrol in neurodegenerative diseases. Combined with research reports of resveratrol at home and abroad, this review summarizes the protective effects of resveratrol in degenerative diseases of the central nervous system.
