摘  要:[目的]比较全肩关节镜和关节镜辅助手术治疗肩袖损伤的临床疗效。[方法]:选择厦门大学附属成功医院2010年1月~2013年12月收治的成人肩袖损伤患者资料,根据肩袖损伤的撕裂程度分为轻度撕裂损伤、中度撕裂损伤和重度撕裂损伤。收集并整理40例患者完整的临床诊疗报告及资料,评价两组患者的肩关节功能、活动度、疼痛感及肌肉力量情况,比较两组的临床疗效。[结果]两组患者在经过手术治疗后,疼痛症状均得到了不同程度的改善,两种手术治疗方式均可明显改善疼痛症状,治疗前后差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者在术后1年UCLA及ASES评分差异具有统计学意义。[结论]肩袖损伤患者行全肩关节镜手术治疗恢复速度优于关节镜辅助手术,可进一步改善临床症状,降低并发症发病率。[ Objective] To compare the clinical efficacy of full -shoulder arthroscopy and arthroscopic -assisted surgery in treating rotator cuff injury'. [ Method] The data of adult patients with rotator cuff injury who were admitted to the Chenggong Af- f'diated Hospital of Xiamen University from January 2010 to December 2013 were collected for this study. These patients were classified as having mild, moderate, and severe tear damages based on their degrees of tearing. The complete clinical diagnosis reports and information of 40 patients were collected to evaluate the shoulder function, activity, pain, and muscle strength of the patients, and to compare the clinical efficacy between the two groups of patients. [ Result] Pain symptoms were alleviated to var- ying degrees in both groul^s of patients following surgery. Both surgical treatments could significantly improve the pain symptoms compared with before treatment (P 〈 0.05). ,In addition, there were significant differences in the UCLA and ASES scores betwean the two groups of patients at 1 year post!i- surgery. [ Conclusion] Patients treated by full - shoulder arthroscopy have quicker recovery than those treated by arthroscopie - assisted surgery, suggesting that the former can further improve the patients' clinical symptoms and reduce the incidence of complications.
