摘  要:发电机不对称运行时,会产生负序电流,负序电流会在转子表面感生一定的涡流损耗,这将导致发电机涡流损耗增大,温升变高。而非全相运行属于一种较为严重的不对称故障状态,所以对发电机非全相运行时转子表面涡流及涡流损耗的研究就显得尤为重要。首先,为了准确分析计算发电机非全相运行时转子表面涡流和涡流损耗,建立了用于单机无穷大系统动态分析的场–路–网耦合时步有限元模型,分析计算了发电机额定并网运行时变压器高压侧一相和两相断开的非全相工况下,产生的负序电流在转子表面感生出的涡流损耗,揭示出转子各部分涡流损耗的分布规律。其次,计算了发电机额定并网工况下转子涡流损耗,将计算结果与非全相工况下的结果进行了对比分析,得出一些有价值的结论。最后,为了分析槽楔连接方式对转子涡流损耗的影响,分析计算了槽楔短接和断开两种情况下的转子表面涡流损耗,结果表明槽楔不同的连接方式对转子各部分涡流损耗有很大的影响。The negative-sequence current is produced under asymmetrical operation conditions. The eddy-current losses, which result in loss increasing and temperature rising of generators, are induced by negative-sequence currents on the surface of the rotor. The open-phase operation belongs to a kind of serious fault states. The study on eddy current and eddy-current losses on the surface of the rotor under the open-phase operation condition is very important. Firstly, to accurately study eddy current and eddy-current losses on the surface of the rotor under the open-phase operation condition, a field-circuit-network coupled time-stepping finite element model for a one machine and infinite bus system was set up. Eddy-current losses on the surface of the rotor, which is induced by the negative-sequence current, were analyzed under the open-phase operation condition, in which one phase or two phases are open on the HV side of the transformer when the generator is running at the rated operation condition. The distribution of eddy-current losses on the surface of the rotor was revealed. Then, eddy-current losses of the rotor at the rated load condition for the generator were calculated. Comparing with the results of the open-phase operation condition, some useful conclusions are obtained. At last, in order to analyze the influence of the slot wedge connection type on the eddy-current losses of the rotor, the eddy-current losses were calculated on the surface of the rotor when the slot wedge applies short connection and disconnection respectively. The result shows that the connection type of slot wedge affects the eddy-current losses on each part of the rotor evidently.
