摘　　要：文章通过对过去20余年间四川省中医药立法的回顾,深入探讨了该省不同时期中医药立法的特点与缺憾,梳理了《四川省中医药条例》的修订简况,为日后该《条例》的修订提供了历史的参鉴。Based on the review of the legislation of Chinese traditional medicine in Sichuan province in the past 20 years, the author discussed the characteristics and drawbacks of traditional Chinese medicine legislation in different periods, made a thorough description of the revision history of Regulation of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Sichuan Province, and provided reference for the revision of this Regulation in the future.
