摘　　要：医疗卫生体制市场化改革所带来的"义""利"之辩,改变了传统的医患关系,使得医患之间出现了新的伦理冲突。而调解作为当下最重要的医患纠纷解决方式,要想有效解决医患矛盾,在调解过程中应注重相关的伦理责任;调解员的职业化发展,则是实现伦理责任的必由之路。Health care system transformation has brought about the new prospective between the interest and morality, and traditional patient-doctor relationship was gradually changed by it, which resulted in new ethical conflicts. Medical mediation is one of the most indispensable ways to solve medical disputes today. Therefore, in order to effectively solve the doctor-patient contradiction, relevant ethical responsibility should be paid attention to in the process of mediation. And mediators＇ professional development is the necessary way to realize the ethical responsibility.
