腹部刀伤探查遗漏的法医学鉴定1例

摘　　要：1例腹部刀伤患者,医院行剖腹探查修补术,遗漏两处肠破裂,患者病情无明显改善,多器官功能障碍发展至衰竭,经抢救无效死亡。经法院委托某鉴定所对该案中诊疗行为是否存在过错、与患者死亡是否存在因果关系及责任大小进行法医学鉴定。文章通过摘录相关资料对此案例进行"复原性"陈述。One patient with abdominal wound was given abdominal surgical repair in the hospital, but two intestinal ruptures were missed, and the patient had no obvious improvement, and died of invalid rescue due to the development of multiple organ dysfunction to failure. An appraisal institute, entrusted by the court, carried the forensic appraisal from the following aspects： whether there is a fault in the diagnosis and treatment behavior,whether there is a causal relationship between the patient＇s death and the diagnosis and treatment behavior, and the share of responsibility respectively, etc.. The paper reported this case by extracting relevant information.
