摘　　要：党的十八大以来,习近平总书记在每个重大场合都始终强调坚持和发展中国特色社会主义的重要性,并对社会主义的"中国特色"进行了较为充分的阐述和解读。习近平对社会主义"中国特色"的解读遵循了独立自主探索中国道路的基本精神,遵循了科学社会主义基本原则。习近平总书记根据新形势对社会主义"中国特色"创造性地提出了一系列新的论断:中国特色社会主义"特就特在"道路、理论体系和制度的统一上;改革开放是当代中国最鲜明的特色;党的领导是中国特色社会主义的最本质特征;中国的社会主义根植于中国传统文化基因。习近平对社会主义"中国特色"的解读,标志着党对社会主义"中国特色"的认识达到了一个新高度,有利于正确认识当代中国的马克思主义,有利于树立道路自信、制度自信、理论自信和文化自信,有利于把握全面建成小康社会、全面深化改革、全面依法治国和全面从严治党的正确方向,有利于指导构建与中国大国地位匹配的话语体系、讲好中国故事、传播好中国声音。Since the Party＇s Eighteenth Congress,General Secretary Xi Jinping in every important occasion has always stressed the importance of upholding and developing socialism with Chinese characteristics,and the socialist ＂ Chinese characteristics＂ are fully elaborated and interpreted. Xi Jinping＇s interpretation of socialist ＂ Chinese characteristics＂ follows the basic spirit of independent exploration of China＇s road,followed by the basic principles of scientific socialism. General Secretary Xi Jinping,according to the new situation of the socialist ＂ Chinese characteristics＂,creatively put forward a series of new claims that China＇s socialist characteristics are on the unity in the road,theory and system; reform and opening up are the most distinct characteristics of contemporary China; the Party＇s leadership is the most essential feature of China＇s socialism; China＇s socialism is rooted in the traditional Chinese cultural gene. The interpretation of Xi Jinping on socialist ＂ Chinese characteristics＂ marks the understanding of the party for the socialist ＂ Chinese characteristics＂ has reached a new height,is conducive to the correct understanding of the contemporary China＇s Marxism,to the establishing self-confidence in the road,the system,the theory and the culture,is conducive to the grasping the right direction of constructing comprehensively a well-off society,deepening the reform,governing both country by the rule of law and the Party strictly,to guiding the construction of a Chinese discourse system matching with a big power status,telling a good Chinese story,and spreading the good Chinese voice.
