活血化瘀通络汤对冠心病不稳定心绞痛患者C反应蛋白及血流动力学的影响

摘　　要：目的观察中西医结合治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛的疗效及其对C反应蛋白(CRP)、血流动力学参数的影响。方法将120例冠心病不稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为两组,治疗组采用中西医结合疗法,对照组采用常规西医疗法,2周后比较临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组的中医症候积分均明显降低,且治疗组明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组的全血粘度(高切、低切)、纤维蛋白原及血浆粘度均明显降低,且治疗组明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组的血CRP均明显降低,并且治疗组明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组的心绞痛持续时间、发作频率与硝酸甘油用量均明显降低,且治疗组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛能够改善临床症状与血液流变学状态,下调外周血CRP,提高临床疗效,值得推广应用。Objective To study the curative effect of integrated Chinese and western therapy on coronary heart disease unstable angina（ UA）,c- reactive protein（ CRP）,and the influence on hemodynamic parameters. Methods 120 cases of coronary heart disease patients with unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart were randomly divided into two groups： treatment group（ n = 60,integrated,Chinese and western therapy） and control group（ n = 60,the conventional western medicine therapy）,compare the clinical curative effect of both groups after treatment of 2 weeks. Results After treatment,whole blood viscosity（ high shear,low shear）,plasma viscosity and fibrinogen of both groups significantly decreased,treatment group were significantly lower than those of control group（ P〈0. 05）; blood CRP significantly decreased in both groups,treatment group was significantly lower than that of control group（ P〈0. 05）; the total effective rate of treatment group was 93. 33%,significantly higher than 76. 67% of control group（ P〈0. 05）; TCM symptom scores of both groups significantly decreased,treatment group was significantly lower than that of control group（ P〈0. 05）; angina pectoris duration,attack frequency and the dosage of nitroglycerin significantly decreased,treatment group was significantly lower than those of control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Integrated Chinese- western therapy on coronary heart disease unstable angina can and improve clinical symptoms and blood rheology,cut in peripheral blood CRP and improve clinical curative effect,it is worthy of popularization and application.
