厚朴饮片的厚度和密度与浸出物关系的研究

摘　　要：目的对湖北、重庆、陕西的厚朴药材饮片进行传统的指控指标与水浸出物、醇浸出物的比较研究,探讨厚朴饮片的厚度和密度与浸出物的关系。方法结合饮片厚度、密度、水浸出物、醇浸出物的测量结果,寻找其之间的关系。结果厚朴饮片的厚度、密度越大,其浸出物含量越高。结论厚朴饮片的厚度和密度与浸出物呈正相关关系。Objective To compare the Magnolia officinalis slices from Hubei,Chongqing,Shaanxi of charges of indicators and the comparative study of water extract and alcohol extract,to discuss the relationship between the thickness density of Magnolia officinalis slices and its extracts. Methods The measure results of slices thickness,density,water extract and alcohol extract were carried out to find the relationship between them. Results The thicker the thickness and density of Magnolia officinalis slices are,the higher the content in its extracts is. Conclusion The thickness and density of Magnolia officinalis are positive related to its extracts.
