自拟四七汤加减治疗慢性咽喉炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察自拟四七汤加减治疗慢性咽喉炎的临床疗效。方法将慢性咽喉炎患者100例随机分为两组,对照组给予草珊瑚含片和超短波治疗等常规疗法,治疗组在对照组的基础上给予自拟四七汤。结果治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论四七汤加减治法治疗慢性咽喉炎有良好的临床效果,无不良反应。Objective To observe the clinical effect of self- made siqi decoction in treatment of chronic pharyngitis. Methods 100 cases of patients with chronic pharyngitistreatment were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,50 cases in each group.Control group were given vitamin,Grass coral tablet,ultrashort wave therapy and other conventional treatment,treatment group was treated with Siqi decoction on the basis of control group. Compare the improvements of clinical symptoms and physical signs before and after treatment. Results Compared with control group,the effective rate of treatment group increased more significantly（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Siqi decoction has good clinical effect in treatment of chronic pharyngitis without adverse reaction.
