中西医结合治疗周围性面神经炎急性期临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察中西医结合治疗周围性面神经炎急性期的临床疗效。方法将74例周围性面神经炎急性期患者随机分为两组。对照组患者采用常规西医治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用中药内服、按摩、针灸及中药袋热敷综合疗法进行治疗。结果治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗第7、14及28d,治疗组的面神经功能评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合疗法治疗周围性面神经炎急性期能够快速有效地缓解病情,改善面神经功能,提高临床疗效。Objective To observe the clinical effects of integrated Chinese- western therapy in treatment of peripheral facial neuritis at acute stage. Methods 74 patients with peripheral facial neuritis at acute stage were randomly divided into observation group and control group,37 cases in each group. Control group was treated with routine western medicine,treatment group recived traditional Chinese medicine internal and comprehensive therapy,massage,acupuncture and Chinese medicine bag heat treatment on the basis of control group,compared curative effects and nerve function improvements between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group（ 100. 00% vs 78. 38%） with significant difference（ P〈0. 05）; the facial nerve function score of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group（ P〈0. 05） at the 7th,4th and 28 th days of treatment. Conclusion Integrated Chinese-western therapy is effective in treatment of peripheral facical neuritis at acute stage to relied the disease,improve facial nerve function and improve clinical curative effects.
