稳心颗粒联合西药治疗冠心病心律失常的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察稳心颗粒联合西药治疗冠心病心律失常的临床疗效。方法将114例冠心病心律失常患者随机分为两组,对照组使用单纯西药治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用稳心颗粒治疗。结果治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组PR间期、QTc间期以及QRS波时限变化优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组均无不良反应。结论对冠心病心律失常选择稳心颗粒联合西药治疗所取得的临床效果比较理想,通过进行治疗患者临床有效率提高明显,并且其相关临床症状均得到显著改善,使其生命质量得到十分明显提高,同时不会使不良反应有所增加,可广泛应用于临床治疗。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Wenxin granule combined with western medicine in treatment of coronary arrhythmia. Methods 114 cases of coronary arrhythmia patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,control group received western medicine,treatment group received Wenxin granule on the basis of control group. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group（ P〈0. 05）; PR interval,QTc interval and the QRS wave time change in treatment group were better than those of control group,no adverse reaction was observed in the two groups. Conclusion Wenxin granule combined with western medicine has ideal effect in treatment of arrhythmia of coronary heart disease,it can obviously improve the clinical efficiency and the clinical symptoms,thus to improve the quality of life without adverse reactions,it can be widely used in clinical application.
