参芪扶正汤辅助CEF方案治疗乳腺癌临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察参芪扶正汤辅助CEF方案治疗乳腺癌的临床疗效。方法将198例乳腺癌患者分为两组,对照组采用CEF方案治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用参芪扶正汤。结果治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组体重增加、生活质量显著优于对照组(P<0.05);消化道反应、骨髓抑制、脱发、静脉炎不良反应显著少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论参芪扶正汤能显著增加乳腺癌患者的化疗效果,降低其不良反应,提高患者生活质量,值得临床推广。Objective To observate the clinical effect of Shenqi Fuzheng decoction assisted with CEF scheme in treatment of breast cancer. Methods 198 cases of stage II- III breast cancer patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,102 cases of observation group received Shenqi Fuzheng decoction,96 cases of control group received CEF scheme therapy. Result The overall response rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group（ P〈0. 05）,the weight gain,the quality of life of treatment group were significantly better than those of control group（ P〈0. 05）,gastrointestinal reactions,bone marrow suppression,alopecia,phlebitis adverse reactions of treatment group were significantly less than those in control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Shenqi Fuzheng decoction can significantly increase the effectiveness of chemotherapy in breast cancer patients,reduce adverse reactions and improve the quality of life,it is worthy of promotion.
