中西医结合治疗胃溃疡56例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨中西医结合治疗胃溃疡的临床效果。方法选取2013年5月-2016年5月我院消化内科胃溃疡患者112例,随机分为两组,每组56例,分别中西医结合治疗组(治疗组)和西药治疗组(对照组),比较两组治疗1个月后胃痛恢复情况及综合临床疗效。结果治疗组治疗后胃痛0级率高于对照组,1、2、3级率均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者综合临床疗效比较,治疗组总有效率明显对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗胃溃疡临床疗效较好,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of integrated Chinese- western therapy in treatment of gastric ulcer. Methods112 cases of patients with gastric ulcer were randomly divided into integrative treatment group（ treatment group） and Western medicine treatment group（ control group）,56 cases in each group,after 1 month of treatment,the stomach pain recovery condition and comprehensive clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment,the rate of stomach pain of Grade 0 of treatment group was higher than that of control group,Grade 1,2,3 were less than control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）; compared the two groups of patients with clinical curative effect,the total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Integrated Chinese- western therapy has good clinical effect in treatment of gastric ulcer,it is worthy of clinical application.
