穴位埋线联合来氟米特治疗类风湿关节炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察穴位埋线联合来氟米特治疗类风湿关节炎的疗效。方法将60例类风湿关节炎患者随机分为两组。对照组给予来氟米特口服;治疗组在对照组治疗之上再给予足三里、肾腧穴位埋线治疗。结果治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),临床体征和疾病活动度评分(DAS28)均优于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论穴位埋线联合来氟米特治疗类风湿关节炎的疗效较好,其疗效优于单纯来氟米特口服组,并且联合应用时能降低胃肠道等副作用的发生率。Objective To observe the effects of the combination of acupoint catgut- embedding therapy and oral medication of Leflunomide in treatment of rheumatoid arthritis（ RA）. Methods 60 patients with RA were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,control group received Leflunomide orally,treatment group received（ ST 36）,Shenshu（ BL 23） catgut- embedding therapy combined oral medication of Leflunomide. Results The effective rate of control group was significantly lower than that of treatment group（ 69% vs89%,P〈0. 05）. Changes of DAS28 scores in both groups were significance（ P〈0. 05）. Changes of the scores between the two groups were without significance（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusion The effect of the combination use of acupoint catgut- embedding therapy and oral medication of Leflunomide is better than simple use of Leflunomide,and is bale to reduce the occurrence of gastrointestinal side effects.
