醒脑开窍针法结合推拿手法治疗脑出血恢复期的临床对照观察

摘　　要：目的观察醒脑开窍针法结合推拿手法治疗脑出血恢复期的疗效,并与单纯西药治疗作对比。方法将50例脑出血恢复期患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组25例。治疗组采用醒脑开窍针法结合推拿手法治疗,每日1次,10次1个疗程,疗程间休息2d,共治疗4个疗程。对照组采用单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂40mg静脉滴注,每日1次,10次为1个疗程,疗程间休息2d,共治疗4个疗程。对比两组患者的临床疗效及神经功能缺损程度评分。结果治疗组显著进步率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后神经功能缺损程度均较治疗前改善,但治疗组改善程度优于对照组(P<0.01);随访30d两组患者神经功能缺损程度无明显变化(P>0.05),治疗组改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05);随访90d两组患者神经功能缺损程度仍无明显变化(P>0.05),治疗组改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论醒脑开窍针刺法结合推拿手法对脑出血恢复期患者有较好的疗效,对神经功能有一定的恢复作用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Xingnao Kaiqiao needling method combined with massage in treatment of hemorrhage patients during convalescence,and compare the effectiveness with pure western drug therapy. Method 50 patients with hemorrhage during convalescence were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,25 patients in each group. Treatment group received Xingnao Kaiqiao needling method combined with massage,10 d for a course,received 4 course totally. Control group received intravenous drip by Monosialoteterahexosylganglioside sodium for 40 mg per day,10 d for a section,received 4 sections totally. Clinical nerve deficiency scale（ CNDS） were performed before and after treatment. Results The effectiveness of treatment group was higher than that of control group（ P〈0. 05）. Both groups obtained benefit in CNDS,the improvement of CNDS in treatment was higher than that of control group.CNDS in both groups did not have alternation after 30 d and 90 d follow- up,the improvement of CNDS in treatment was also higher than that of control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Xingnao Kaiqiao needling method combined with massage is effective in treating hemorrhage during convalescence and has some restorative effects in improving CNDS.
