摘　　要：目的了解微信群对肿瘤患者健康教育效果的影响并且分析其优势及发展前景,为临床护士进行健康教育等护理工作提供参考。通过将现代通讯技术运用于临床护理,增进护患沟通交流,提高肿瘤患者的生存质量。方法将44位肿瘤患者随机分为对观察组和对照组,观察组通过微信群进行健康教育,对照组作常规健康教育,3个月后比较两组健康教育的效果和满意度。结果观察组运用微信群健康教育后对疾病的掌握程度、自护能力及满意程度均优于对照组,二者比较存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微信群对于肿瘤患者健康教育有积极影响,有利于临床护理工作的开展,并且具有发展前景。Objective To research the effect of We Chat group on health education of cancer patients and analysis its advantages and prospects,to provide reference for clinical nurses to carry out health education and nursing work. To improve the communication between nurses and patients,thus to improve the quality of life of cancer patients through the use of modern communication technology in clinical nursing.Methods 40 cases of cancer patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,treatment group received health education through We Chat group,control group received routine health education,compare the effects and the degree of satisfactory after 3 months of treatment. Result The effects of treatment of We Chat group health education is better than that of control group,both groups had statistical significance（ P 〈0. 01）. Discussion We Chat group has advantages to carry out health education of cancer patients,and has development prospects.
