摘  要:以H村为例,运用"社会学的想象力",阐释农村秸秆焚烧现象背后的社会文化动因与政府禁烧政策的失灵。借鉴日本环境社会学"生活环境主义"视角理解传统时期村庄生活者与自然之间的关系。作为生活者的生活世界,秸秆的作用体现在以下两方面:1)提供日常生活所需的物质原料;2)建构社区伦理与地方知识。新时期,科学知识所遭遇的"本土化困境"、农民价值观念的转变、农村剩余劳动力外流以及市场的悖论使得秸秆渐次沦为无用之物。政府"恩威并施"的禁烧策略(经济补贴与项目扶持、"严防死守"与"宣传动员"、严厉的"规训")效果甚微。在案例分析中折射出我国农村环境领域的诸多问题。In recent years, rural straw burning became more and more intensive. The pollution caused by straw burning increasingly became the environmental problems. Taking H village as an example, by using the " imagination of sociology" , we explained the social and cultural reasons for straw burning and the failure of policy. Using the idea of "Life environmentalism" pointed out by Japanese environmental sociologist interpreted the relationship between nature and citizen in traditional time. As the life world for the local citizen, the role of straw can be as follows : (a) Provided as the source of material goods for daily life ; (b) Construct community ethic and local knowledge. In new era, scientific knowledge experienced the localization dilemma; the changes of farmers "values, rural surplus labor migration and the paradox of market made the straw becoming worthless. The no burning policy(economic subsidies and project support, "prevent sticking" and "propaganda and mobilization" ,and the strict "discipline" ) had little effect. We can find many problems of the field of rural environment from the case.
