中国地级以上城市经济发展与基本公共服务协调性空间格局

摘　　要：文中通过构建经济发展与基本公共服务协调度评价指标体系,采用耦合协调度评价模型,对2012年我国288个地级以上城市的经济发展与基本公共服务的协调关系进行了定量测度,并对其空间格局特征进行了分析。研究发现:我国地级以上城市的经济发展与基本公共服务的整体协调水平并不高,城市间及各协调类型间差距明显;协调度的空间分异明显,东中西之间呈现梯度差异,东部地区的协调水平高于中西部地区;协调水平较高的区域呈"集群"分布特征,与城市群区域拟合较好,协调水平较低区域呈集中连片分布特征;协调度全局趋势东西方向上表现出东部>西部>中部的特征,南北方向上呈现中部>北部>南部的特点;综合性城市的协调度高于资源型城市,不同资源类型与发展阶段的资源型城市的协调度存在显著差异;城市规模与协调度呈一定的对应关系。By constructing the index system for assessment of economic development and basic public service co- ordination degree, and using the coupling coordination degree evaluation model, we evaluated the coordination degree between economic development and basic public service of China＇s 288 cities at prefecture level in 2012 and analyzed the spatial pattern characteristics. The results show that the level of the coordination between economic development and basic public service was not high. The gaps among cities and the coordination types were obvious. The spatial variation of coordination degree was obvious. The coordination degree of eastern, central and western presented gradient difference. The coordination level of eastern area was higher than the central and western regions. The regions with high coordination degree showed the ＂cluster＂ characteristics and were in accordance with the distribution of urban agglomeration area. The regions with low level coordination degree presented the concentrated characteristics. From the global trend of coordination degree, eastern region 〉 western region 〉 central region, central region 〉 northern region 〉 southern region. The coordination level of comprehensive cities was higher than the resource - based cities. The coordination level of the different resource - based and development phase existed difference in resource -based cities. There was a certain corresponding relationship between city scale and coordination degree.
