摘 要:采用铝阳电极对采油废水进行了电凝聚气浮的试验研究,考察了电流强度、电解时间、极板间距对除油率的影响。结果表明:利用电凝聚气浮法可有效去除采油废水中的含油量;电流强度、电解时间和极板间距对处理效果有显著的影响;在电流为0.3A、铝板间距为10mm的条件下,对含油量50mg/L、pH值7.1的油田废水,电气浮30min,除油效率可达82.4%。The treatment of oilfield sewage by electro--coagulation floatation using sacrificial aluminium electrodes was studied, and the effects of current intensity, electrolysis time and plate spacing on oil removal rate were investigated. The results showed that the electro--coagulation floatation led to a good effect, and the treatment effect was influenced by the current intensity and plate spacing. Under the conditions of the current intensity of 0.3A, the alu minium plate spacing of 10 mm, the oil removal rate could reach 82.4% when the initial oil content of the simulated oilfield sewage was 50 mg/L, the pH is 7.1 and the electrolysis time was 30 min.
