摘　　要：20世纪60年代,随着中苏两国关系恶化,中苏边界冲突开始增多。在处理中苏边界冲突问题上,中国采取了阻止边民外逃、进行军事斗争准备和自卫反击战、举行边界谈判等多种措施,维护了边境的稳定局势。With the Sino-Soviet relations deteriorated in the 1960s, the Sino-Soviet border conflict happened more and more. When handling Sino-Soviet border issues, China has taken a variety of measures, such as preventing border flight, conducting preparations for military struggle and self-defense war, holding border talks, to safeguard the stability of the border.
