摘 要:储能系统参与主动配电网的调度计划,对提高分布式能源的利用效率和配电网运行经济性意义重大。提出了一种主动配电网中电池储能系统(BESS)的运行优化模型。考虑分时电价和售购电价差异,实现了分布式电源波动功率的消纳,最小化配电网向主网的购电成本;通过计算BESS中电池循环寿命,计及BESS的等效运行成本,实现了BESS的经济运行。采用分支定界—原对偶内点法进行求解,以分支定界法考虑离散变量和时段间耦合约束,将问题转化成一系列仅含连续变量的单时段优化问题进行求解。通过对含分布式电源和BESS的IEEE 33节点算例进行测试,验证了所提模型及算法的有效性和可行性。Energy storage system(ESS)participation in day-ahead scheduling of the active distribution network(ADN)is of great significance for its improvement of utilization efficiency of distributed generation(DG)and operating economy in distribution networks.A new operating optimization model is proposed for battery energy storage system(BESS)in an active distribution network with DG.Both time-of-use price and the price difference between sale and purchase are considered to realize cost minimization of ADN.It has improved the accommodation capability of DG and minimized the cost of purchasing electricity from the main grid.In order to improve the operation economy,the equivalent operating cost of BESS is considered according to calculation of the cyclic life of BESS.The branch and bound-interior point method is used to consider discrete variables and inter-temporal constraints so as to decompose the problem into a series of static active power optimization problems with only continuous variables.Numerical tests via the modified IEEE 33-bus system with DG and BESS show that the proposed model and method are effective and feasible.
