摘  要:电力企业信息系统具有覆盖业务广、功能繁多的特点,同时部署需要满足"横向隔离、纵向加密"的安全防护要求。由于缺乏通用数据传输机制,系统之间难以有效进行跨安全区域、跨级的信息交互。电力消息邮件针对上述情况以文件方式提供统一、高效的信息交互手段,可部署在调度中心、变电站、风电厂、换流站等电力机构,实现跨安全区域、跨级的信息共享。文中首先介绍了电力消息邮件体系架构,其次对域名管理机制、路由选择策略、隔离装置穿越策略等关键技术进行了详细说明,最后介绍了性能测试和部署应用情况。With wide-covered businesses and various services,the information system of electric enterprises has to satisfy a special security requirement known ashorizontal isolation and vertical encryption".For lack of a universal data transmission mechanism,it is hard to efficiently exchange information across secure areas and different levels.The message mail for power system is designed to solve this problem by creating a universal and efficient transmission mechanism based on file transmission.It can be applied to all electric organs(i.e.dispatching and control center,substations and wind power farms etc.)to accomplish cross-regional and inter-agency data transmission.This article describes the structure of the message mail system first.Secondly,it explains some key techniques of this system such as domain management mechanism,route selection strategy and isolated devices ride-through strategy.Last but not least;the system performance test and application are briefly treated.
