摘 要:通过不同煤矸石取代率下的煤矸石玻化微珠保温混凝土劈裂抗拉强度、立方体抗压强度试验,研究了煤矸石取代率对拉压比的影响,对比分析了轻骨料混凝土、普通混凝土与煤矸石玻化微珠保温混凝土劈拉强度与立方体抗压强度之间的关系。研究结果表明:煤矸石玻化微珠保温混凝土的劈拉强度随煤矸石所占比例的增加而降低,拉压比也随之降低;在试验分析的基础上,提出了煤矸石玻化微珠保温混凝土劈拉强度与抗压强度关系的建议公式。Through different rate of coal gangue to replace the stone to test about glazed hollow beads insulation concrete splitting tensile strength and cubic compressive strength,studied the effects of tension and compression ratio from the replace rate of coal gangue,then through comparing the relationship between splitting tensile strength and the cube compressive strength of the lightweight aggregate concrete and the ordinary concrete and the glazed hollow beads thermal insulation concrete mixed with coal gangue. The research results show that the splitting tensile strength decreased with increasing of coal gangue proportion,tension and compression ratio decreased as well. Finally,on the basis of experimental analysis,proposed the formula for the relationship between splitting tensile strength and the cube compressive strength of the glazed hollow beads thermal insulation concrete mixed with coal gangne.
