摘 要:采用真空吸入工艺,利用有机硅乳液(BS1042)对膨胀珍珠岩进行改性,当有机硅乳液固含量为0.3%时,膨胀珍珠岩的吸水率大幅降低,筒压强度略提高,导热系数基本不变。而后利用醋酸乙烯-乙烯共聚乳液(VAE)对膨胀珍珠岩进行二次改性,使其性能进一步改善,当VAE乳液固含量为20%时,膨胀珍珠岩的吸水率仅为10%,筒压强度387.85 k Pa,导热系数为0.057 W/(m·K),综合性能明显优于未改性膨胀珍珠岩。用改性膨胀珍珠岩制备的保温混凝土导热系数和抗压强度优于未改性膨胀珍珠岩保温混凝土和玻化微珠保温混凝土。The method of vacuum suction was used in the process of preparing expanded perlite modified by organic silicone emulsion (BS1042). When the mass ratio of organic silicone emulsion is 0.3%,the water absorption of expanded perlite reduces vastly,the cylinder compressive strength rises a little and thermal conductivity stays almost the same. In order to further improve the properties of expanded perlite,then VAE emulsion was used for the second modification of expanded perlite. When the mass ratio of VAE emulsion is 20%,the water absorption of expanded perlite is merely 10%,the cylinder compressive strength can reach up to 387.85 kPa and the thermal conductivity is 0.057 W/ (m·K) , the overall properties of it is obvious better than expanded perlite without modification. The thermal insulation concrete prepared by the compound modification expanded perlite has better thermal conductivity and compressive strength than that of expanded perlite thermal insulation concrete and glazed hollow beads thermal insulation concrete.
