2006-2015年深圳市福田区其他感染性腹泻流行特征分析

摘　　要：目的 研究深圳市福田区2006-2015年其他感染性腹泻发病特征及其变化趋势,分析防控重点环节,探讨防病策略。方法 收集2006-2015年间发病数据资料和疫情统计报告,对其进行描述性统计分析。结果 福田区2006-2015年10年间共发生其他感染性腹泻病例22 704例,年发病率位于93.09/10万-328.46/10万之间,发病呈逐年上升趋势。发病高峰时间为每年的秋冬季节。0-3岁组发病例数占所有发病的74.12%。14 296例有检出病原体,占报告总数的62.97%,检出最多的为轮状病毒,占全部确诊病例的90%以上。10年间共报告其他感染性腹泻的暴发疫情26宗,绝大多数为诺如病毒感染（22宗）所致。结论 福田区其他感染性腹泻发病率处于逐年上升趋势,并呈秋冬季高峰,3岁以下儿童是感染的重点人群,应采取有效的措施进行防制。Objective The study was conducted to assess on the epidemiological characteristics and change trend of infectious diarrhea in Futian District of Shenzhen City from 2006 to 2015 and to analyze the key points of prevention and control, so as to explore the prevention and control strategies. Methods Data and statistics of incidence of infectious diarrhea reported between 2006 and 2015 were collected for descriptive statistical analysis. Results A total of 22704 cases of infectious diarrhea were reported in Futian District in the decade of 2006-2015, with an annual incidence of 93.09/100 000-328.46/ 100 000. The incidence ascended over the years, and peaked in autumn and winter. 74.12% of the cases aged from 0 to 3. 14296 cases were positive of pathogens, accounting for 62.97% of the reported cases. Rotavirus was the most dominant pathogen and accounted for over 90% of the confirmed cases. Moreover, 26 epidemic outbreaks of infectious diarrhea were reported in the recent decade, most of which （22 cases） were caused by norovirus. Conclusion The incidence of infectious diarrhea is on the rise, and peaks in autumn and winter. Children under the age of 3 are the most vulnerable population to diarrhea virus infection. Effective measures should be implemented to prevent and control the epidemic.
