摘 要:目的测定汉族精神分裂症患者头发中的喹硫平含量,探讨头发样品检测在治疗药物监测中的作用。方法使用高效液相色谱法测定41例汉族精神分裂症患者头发中的喹硫平含量。结果 41份患者头发样本中均检出了喹硫平。女性的喹硫平使用剂量、头发中喹硫平含量均低于男性(P<0.05,P<0.01),而喹硫平血药浓度高于男性(P<0.01)。Spearman相关分析显示:41例患者头发中喹硫平含量、血药浓度、服药剂量三因素间呈两两正相关(P均<0.01)。结论头发中喹硫平含量的检测可作为喹硫平血药浓度检测的有益补充,为临床合理用药及个体化医疗提供参考依据。Objective The aim of this study was to detect quetiapine content in hair of patients with schizophrenia in Han population and investigate the application of hair samples in therapeutic drug monitoring. Methods Quetiapine content in 41 hair samples from Chinese Han patients with schizophrenia were determined by high performance liquid chromatography. Results Quetiapine was detected and quantified in all 41 hair samples. Quetiapine dosage and quetiapine content in hair of female group were both significantly lower than those in hair of male group (P〈0.05, P〈0.01) . The serum quetiapine concentration in female group was higher than that in male group (P〈0.01). By Spearulan's correlation analysis, there were significant positive correlations between any two of serum quetiapine concentration, quetiapine dosage, and quetiapine content in hair (All P〈0.01). Conclusion The quetiapine content in hair can be used as a useful supplement index besides the serum concentration of drug, and as an index to give reference for therapeutic drug monitoring and personalized medicine project.
