摘 要:目的了解某院住院患者医院感染现状,提高医务人员医院感染控制意识,为制定医院感染预防、监控措施及有效开展目标性监测提供依据。方法采用横断面调查方法,对调查日凌晨0点到24点所有住院患者的感染情况进行调查,并通过分析得出结果。结果研究表明2013-2015年医院感染现患率分别为2.64%、1.73%、1.57%,综合ICU为医院感染高发科室;感染部位以呼吸道感染居首位;以革兰阴性菌为医院感染主要病原体;调查当天抗菌药物使用率分别为45.26%、36.13%、35.61%;细菌培养送检率分别为30.49%、38.75%、43.88%。结论加强对医院感染重点部门、重点部位的监测与干预,规范抗菌药物合理使用,提高医务人员感控意识,从而降低医院感染的发生。Objective This work was to learn the status of hospital acquired infection (HAI), so as to provide reference for improving the awareness to infection control and hospital infection surveillance. Methods HAI prevalence survey was conducted among all inpatients from 0:00 to 24:00 on the investigation day with cross-sectional survey, and data were analyzed. Results HAI prevalence was 2.64%, 1.73% and 1.57% , respectively, for 2013 to 2015. HAI prevalence was high in intensive care unit. The main infection site was respiratory tract. The major pathogens were gram-negative bacteria. The rate of antimicrobial usage was 45.26%, 36.13% and 35.61%, respectively. The rate of etiological examination was 30.49%, 38.75% and 43.88% respectively. Conclusion The surveillance and intervention should be strengthened in the key departments and key sites of HAL Rational antibiotic use should be strengthened and awareness of HAI among medical staff should be improved, so as to reduce the occurrence of HAI.
