摘 要:以农田土(N)、针叶林表层土(Z)以及阔叶林表层土(K)与鸭粪、沙壤土按一定比例混合成培养土(基质土),采用小苗移栽的方法对桢楠进行容器育苗,研究不同基质配比对桢楠幼苗的生长与光合生理特性的影响.结果表明:分别以针叶林表层土、农田土和阔叶林表层土为基质配比的主要成分,低量鸭粪处理Z1(针叶林表层土:鸭粪:沙壤土为8:1:1)、农田土不加鸭粪处理N0(农田土:鸭粪:沙壤土为9:0:1)、阔叶林土低量处理K1(阔叶林表层土:鸭粪:沙壤土为8:1:1)都能促进幼苗光合色素合成、增强光合作用效率,使幼苗的光补偿点(LCP)、CO2补偿点(CCP)下降,表观量子效率(AQY)、Ru BP羧化速率(CE)、光饱和点(LSP)、CO2饱和点(CSP)上升,表明增强了幼苗对环境的适应能力,从而显著促进其生长.其中N0处理的促进生长效应最大,桢楠幼苗生长量显著高于其它处理.综上可知,在当地以农田土N0处理更适合作为基质按照一定的配比用于桢楠育苗.To study the effects of different substrates ratios on the growth and photosynthesis properties of Phoebe zhennan containerized seedlings,we mixed farmland soil(N),coniferous topsoil(Z) and broad-leaved forest topsoil(K) respectively with duck dung and sandy soil in certain ratios to form the different substrates to grow seedlings with the container culture method.The results showed that lower dose treatment Z1(coniferous forest topsoil :duck dung :sandy soil = 8:1:1),control group N0(farmland soil:duck dung :sandy soil = 9:0:1),and lower dose treatment K1(broad leaved forest topsoil :duck dung :sandy soil = 8:1:1) could all promote the synthesis of photosynthesis pigments in seedlings and enhance photosynthesis efficiency,resulting in an increase of seedling LCP,CE for RUBP,LSP,CSP for CO2 and a decrease in CCP for CO2.As a result,the P.zhennan seedlings had enhanced adaptability to the environment,thus significantly promoted growth.Among the 3 types of soil tested,farmland soil(control group N0) treatment exhibited the best promotion for the growth of P.zhennan seedlings,with biomass significantly higher than that in the other 2 treatments.The results suggested that farmland soil is more a suitable substrate for Phoebe zhennan seedlings under local conditions.
