摘　　要：本文通过高炉炉体检修中炉皮挖补埋铜管检修工艺方案解决在高炉炉体的检修中工作量大、检修工期短、质量要求高等问题。在高炉炉体检修中,可选择的方案比较多。本文中主要阐述酒钢1#高炉中检修工艺自编方案,本方案通过高炉炉皮挖补埋铜管检修工艺,从而达到提高质量、缩短工期、确保安全、增进综合经济效益的效果。To solve the problems of intense labor, short overhaul period and high quality requirement in the overhaul of the furnace, a overhaul process of digging the furnace wall and laying copper pipes for the overhaul of the furnace was proposed. Many schemes for the overhaul of the furnace can be selected. The self-made scheme for the overhaul of the 1# furnace was expounded, which can inhance quality, shorten work period, ensure safety and improve overall profit by adopting the process of digging the furnace wall and laying copper pipes.
