摘　　要：对储气柜中的煤气进行置换是一项危险的工作,若置换方案选择不当或操作失误,均可能发生恶性事故,造成严重损失。文章对徐泾站气柜的置换进行了具体的探讨和反复论证,采取了科学、合理、高效的置换方法,全面提高了对气柜中气体置换的效率,一定程度上既降低工作强度,又提高经济效益。Gas conversion of the gas tank is a dangerous work. Inappropriate conversion scneme or operational error will lead to serious accidents. This paper gives a detailed case study of Xujing Gas tank conversion. Adopting scientific, reasonable, high efficiency conversion methods, and overall production efficiency, to some extent, these works can reduce the working strength and improve the economic benefit.
