摘　　要：本文从定性和定量两个方面对5个厂家的蒙脱石的纯度进行了考察.通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、傅立叶红外光谱仪(FTIR)及X-射线粉末衍射法(PXRD)对5个厂家的蒙脱石进行定性鉴定,再采用PXRD法对不同厂家蒙脱石中晶体杂质矿物方英石和石英的含量进行测定,考察其质量.结果表明,5个厂家蒙脱石的杂质限量全部符合规定,但质量各有不同,其中D厂家蒙脱石的质量更为优等,各制剂生产企业可以首选该厂生产的蒙脱石.The purity of montmorillonite from five manufacturers was investigated for qualitative and quantitative analysis. The characterization of montmorillonite from five manufactures was investigated by SEM, FTIR and PXRD, and the concentration of cristobalite and α-SiO2 in montmorillonite were determined by PXRD. The results showed that montmo-rillonite from five manufactures, all conform to the rules, but the quality of the samples with different manufacturers varies. The montmorillonite from D manufacturer has superior quality, which should be the first choice for the preparation production enterprises.
