摘　　要：新中国成立初期,中共中央内蒙古分局根据中共中央的统一部署,在全区范围内大力开展了党的基层组织建设。其主要内容包括对原有的党组织的整顿、建立新的基层组织和发展新党员等方面。这次党的基层组织建设的具体实践是与当时全党大规模的整党紧密联系在一起的。通过党的基层组织建设,不仅使内蒙古地区党的组织体系更加健全、完善和富有活力,而且也为党领导内蒙古各族人民进行社会主义革命和社会主义建设提供了强有力的组织支持。In the initial period of new China,Inner Mongolia Branch of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China vigorously carried out the Party＇s Grass-roots Organizations construction all over Inner Mongolia in line with the uniform deployment of the Central Committee of CPC. The construction mainly included the rectification of the original Party organizations,the establishment of the new grass-roots organizations and the recruitment of the new Party members,etc. This practice of the construction of the Party＇s grass-roots organization was closely related with the Party＇s rectification movement on a large scale at that time. The construction not only vigorously improved and perfected the organization system of the Party in Inner Mongolia,but also provided a strong organizational support for the socialist revolution and construction of the Inner Mongolian people under the leadership of the Party.
