摘  要:为了阐明大通牦牛肺细小动脉对高原低氧环境适应的组织学特点,选取不同海拔地区成年大通牦牛作为研究对象,并以平原黄牛做对照,运用光镜技术和透射电镜技术研究了肺细小动脉中的平滑肌含量和肺气-血屏障结构。结果表明,随着海拔的升高,成年大通牦牛肺中直径大于100μm的细小动脉平滑肌含量逐渐增加,差异显著(P<0.05),直径小于50μm的细小动脉平滑肌含量逐渐减少,差异极显著(P<0.01);大通牦牛肺气-血屏障的算术平均厚度明显比平原黄牛肺气-血屏障的算术平均厚度要薄,差异极显著(P<0.01)。大通牦牛肺脏的这种结构特点,是其能适应高原低氧环境的组织学基础。In order to explain the adaption of arterioloes in the lung of Datong yak for high-altitude hypoxia environment interms of histological features,adult Datong yaks bred in different altitude gradients were analyzed and yellow cattle in plain areawere applied as the control group. The content of smooth muscle in the arterioloes of lung and the structure of blood-air barrierwere investigated using light microscope and transmission electron microscope(TEM). The results indicated that with the increaseof altitude,the content of smooth muscle of the arterioloes with a diameter larger than 100 μm in the lung of adult Datong yak in-creased gradually and that of the smooth muscle of the arterioloes smaller than 50 μm reduced,with significant differences(P〈0.05). The arithmetic mean thickness of the blood-air barrier of Datong yak was apparently thinner than that of the yellow cattle(P〈0.01).The characteristic of the lung of Datong yak was the histological basis of the adaption of high-altitude hypoxia environ-ment.
