摘　　要：目的分析2010—2012年河南省部分新确诊艾滋病病毒感染者／艾滋病患者的CD4＋T淋巴细胞数，了解其机体免疫状况的特征和变化趋势。方法通过“河南省艾滋病检测实验室数据应用平台”收集2010—2012年河南省新确诊艾滋病病毒感染者／艾滋病患者的相关信息和确诊后半个月内的CD4＋T淋巴细胞计数，分析该人群CD4＋T淋巴细胞的中位数和构成比。结果2010、2011、2012年各有970、708和706例新确诊艾滋病病毒感染者／艾滋病患者进行了有效CD4＋T淋巴细胞计数检测。2010、2011、2012年患者的CD4＋T淋巴细胞数均值分别为164．50（46．00—357．00）、172．00（53．75～373．25）、210．00（58．00～392．75）个／μl，三年逐步升高（x2=8．230，P=0．016），已婚有配偶患者的CD4＋T淋巴细胞数三年来也有升高的趋势（X2=7．554，P=0．023）。同时，三年来CD4≤199Ⅳ山的患者所占构成比有所下降（x2=7．035，P=0．030）。结论2010—2012年河南省新确诊艾滋病病毒感染者／艾滋病患者的机体免疫状况有所提升。Objective To analyze the CD4 ＋ T-lymphocyte cell count of newly diagnosed HIV/ AIDS patients in Henan 2010 - 2012, find out the characteristics and change trends of the immune status of these patients. Methods ＇ Data Application Platform of Henan HIV/AIDS testing laboratory＇ was used to collect the related information of newly diagnosed HIV/AIDS in Henan 2010 -2012 and the CD4 ＋ T cells which tested in two weeks after confirmatory test, the mean and the constituent ratio of CD4 ＋ T-lymphocyte cell count in this population was analyzed and compared. Results The study collected 970,708 and 706 newly diagnosed patients in each of the 2010, 2011 and 2012 who were carried out effective CD4 ＋ T lymphocyte count testing. The mean of CD4 ＋ T-lymphocyte cell count in 2010, 2011 and 2012 were 164. 50 （46. 00 -357. 00）, 172. 00 （53.75 -373. 25） and 210. 00 （58.00 -392. 75） eells/μl respectively and was increased in these three years （X2 =8. 230, P =0. 016）. CD4 ＋ T lymphocyte counts of married patients in these three years also had the tendency of increase （ X2 = 7. 554, P = 0. 023 ）. The constitute ratio of patients whose CD4 count was below 199 cells/μl in these three years had the tendency of decline （X2 =7. 035, P =0. 030）. Conclusions The newly diagnosed patients have an improved immune status in 2010-2012, but the situation that the infected patients can not be timely detection is still serious.
