小儿支原体肺炎病情严重程度与超敏C-反应蛋白的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨超敏C-反应蛋白（hs-CRP）与小儿支原体肺炎病情严重程度的关系。方法检测112例支原体肺炎患儿与50例健康体检儿童hs-CRP水平，将患儿按临床肺部感染评分（CPIS）分为≤6分组59例和〉6分组53例。分析患儿CPIS与超敏hs—CRP的相关性。结果支原体肺炎患儿hs-CRP水平显著高于健康体检儿童（P〈0．01）；CPIS〉6分的患儿hs-CRP水平显著高于≤6分的患儿（P〈0．01），支原体肺炎患儿CPIS与hs-CRP呈正相关（P〈0．01）。结论支原体肺炎患儿hs-CRP水平明显升高，患儿hs-CRP与病情严重程度有关。Objective To investigate correlation CRP） with disease severity in children with mycoplasma CRP were detected in 112 children with mycoplasma of serum high sensitivity C-reactive protein（hs- pneumonia. Methods The serum levels of hspneumonia and 50 healthy children（ control group）. According to the clinical pulmonary infection score （CPIS）, they were divided into two groups（59 children with SPIC ≤6, 53 children with CPIS 〉 6）. The relationship between CPIS and hs-CRP in children with mycoplasma pneumonia was analyzed. Results The serum levels of hs-CRP in children with mycoplasma pneumonia were significantly higher than that of the control group （P 〈 0. 01 ）. The serum levels of hs-CRP in children with CPIS 〉 6 were significantly higher than that in children with CPIS 〉 6 （P 〈 0. 01 ）. CPIS was positively correlated with hs-CRP in children with mycoplasma pneumonia（ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusions The serum levels of hs-CRP in children with mycoplasma pneumonia are obviously increased, which is correlated with disease severity.
