摘　　要：以第四方物流双边平台下供应链融资模式为研究对象,采用合作博弈理论中的夏普利值法对供应链融资的收益进行分配。结果显示:第四方物流平台的强大信息整合功能在电商背景下的供应链融资模式中发挥着重要作用;合理的收益分配机制是供应链融资联盟长期合作的重要条件;改进的夏普利值法突破单边合作契约利益分配的缺陷,结合风险承担程度对各主体的收益分配进行合理的调整。基于第四方物流双边平台的供应链融资模式整合各参与主体的信息资源,实现物流、资金流、信息流的深度融合,合理的分配机制有利于多平台融合模式长期稳定的发展。This research aims to study the supply chain financing on the bilateral platform of fourth party logistics（4PL）.The Shapley value of Cooperative Game theory is applied in the income distribution of supply chain financing.The results show that,first,the powerful information integration on4 PL platform plays an important role in supply chain financing model in E-commerce;second,a reasonable income distribution mechanism is an important condition for the supply chain financing longterm cooperation coalition;third,an improved Shapley value method overcomes the shortcoming of the unilateral cooperation contract interest distribution,adjusting income distribution for each subject according to the risks they undertake.The supply chain financing model on the bilateral platform of4 PL integrates the information resources of all the participating subjects,with an indepth integration of logistics,capital flow,and information flow.The reasonable income distribution mechanism is conducive to the long-term stable development of the multiplatform integration mode.
