Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Intervention Combined with Cognitive Training on the Cognitive Function and Social Function of Patients with Vascular Cognitive Impairment

摘  要:目的探讨中医干预结合认知训练应用于血管性认知障碍患者中对患者认知功能和社会功能的影响。方法选择血管性认知障碍患者80例随机均分为研究组和对照组,在给予脑络通治疗同时,分别进行认知功能训练护理和常规护理,比较两组的认知功能和社会功能。结果干预前两组的ADL、MMSE、LOTCA评分无统计学差异(P>0.05),干预后研究组的以上指标均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的生理职能、生理功能、健康状况、社会职能、情感职能评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医干预结合认知训练护理应用于血管性认知功能障碍患者可有效提高其认知功能、社会功能及生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine intervention combined with cognitive training on the cognitive function and social function of patients with vascular cognitive impairment. Methods A total of 80 cases of patients with vascular cognitive impairment were randomly divided into two groups equally. All cases were given Naoluotong therapy; in addition, the control group received routine nursing, while the study group received cognitive training nursing. The differences between two groups in the cognitive ftmction and social function were analyzed. Results Before intervention, the scores of ADL, MMSE and LOTCA showed no statistical difference between two groups (P 〉0.05), while after intervention, the study group was significantly higher than the control group (P〈0.05). The scores of physiological function, physical function, health, social function, emotional function of study group were significantly higher than those of control group (P〈0.05). Conclusions Traditional Chinese medicine intervention combined with cognitive training for patients with vascular cognitive impairment can effectively improve patients' cognitive function, social function and quality of life.
